Challenge: Utilize the following pattern when reading your Bible this week.
- Ask God to open your mind to His will for you.
- What word or phrase impresses you? Jot it down and wait a moment.
- Ask, why did God’s Spirit impress this on you today? Jot that down and pause.
- Now consider what God wants you to do in response to what He has shown you. Jot that down.
- Practice the new behavior in your daily life.
